You're in!

Welcome to Happy Mom Jumpstart

You just did something a lot of moms think about and never do. You showed up for yourself. I'm so glad you're here.

Check your inbox — your confirmation email with all the session details is on its way from hello@noguiltmom.com.

Do this right now — it takes 3 minutes

Before you do anything else,
complete your New Member Survey.

This is how I get to know where you're starting and what you most need from our four weeks together. The more honestly you answer, the more I can tailor the experience for you.

The survey asks about your biggest challenge right now, what you're hoping shifts over the next four weeks, and what a win would look like for you by the end of Week 4. There are no wrong answers. This isn't a test — it's a starting point.

I'll reference your survey before every session so I know who's in the room and what you need. It also becomes your baseline for Week 4, when we build your Wins Stack and you can see how far you've come.

Complete it now — before you close this tab.

Four weeks. Four live sessions + 2 LIVE Follow-through sessions.

(Don't worry, I made you an easy way to add this to your calendar!  That's coming after you complete your member survey)

You made a commitment to yourself. Let's honor it.

Why the survey matters

At the end of Week 4, we're going to build your Wins Stack. That's the moment you get to look back and see, clearly, how much has shifted in four weeks.

But you can only see how far you've come if you know where you started.

Your survey answers are your starting point. They become the baseline we measure against in Week 4. Moms who skip the survey often get to Week 4 and say “I don't know, I guess things are better?” Moms who complete it get to Week 4 and say “Oh my gosh. Look at this.”

Be the second mom. Take the survey now.

“I became more positive. Lighter. Knowing that, okay, this is BOB talking. It's not me. I don't feel guilty about telling my kids I need time. That was the turning point.”
