There's a voice in your head with one job: keep you safe by keeping you small. This week you learn to see it, name it, and start walking past it. This is the week everything gets easier to understand.

We get on a call and you put something on your actual calendar. Live. Right then. One block of time that is yours. This is the week everything starts to feel real.

The Practice That Makes It Stick
We build the morning practice that catches you before the day swallows you. And we talk about the thing nobody else will tell you: what to do when you fall off. Because you will, and it doesn't mean you failed.

See How Far You've Come
BOB will try to convince you that you didn't do enough. Week 4 is our answer to that. We build your Wins Stack together, you share what shifted, and you see in real time how much ground you covered.
